The hotel was nice. Check in was great. Guy was super nice and accommodating. I had just driven 10 hrs from San Diego and was driving 10 the following day taking my daughter, her dog and her car to Oklahoma State University. When we got in late I was going to jump in the shower before bed but the shower wasn’t getting hot so I figured I’d just wait til morning before getting on the road for another -0 hr drive. No hot water at all. On check out I told them there was no hot water and they said some of the rooms had been reporting it. I asked that the manager call me and she did. She was apologetic and said she credited me room service (roughly $50) and the $26 hotel service fee. It was a nice gesture but man I couldn’t put a price tag on a hot shower after that drive. Sort of soured me on the experience

I really loved the southwestern vibe of thos hotel! Its restaurant had live music and AMAZING food! They have a gift shop as well that looked fun! There's so much to do and see around the area...room was clean and nice 10/10, highly recommend!

The front desk staff was so helpful and went out of their way to provide help in the business center to holding baggage after checking out. The AV personnel was on it for our video presentations and the cleaning service staff made sure we didn’t run out of towels or tp.

We enjoyed our stay

We had an amazing stay. We came for a concert in town that ended at 11 PM. By then, most restaurants would be closed. We called room service to deliver while we were out & the food was all ready when we returned. The rooms were clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed room service & the pool. We love staying here.

Very nice hotel. Can walk to Old Town and Sawmill Market is right across the street with lots of food and drink options. The pool at Hotel Albuquerque is lovely and a real lifesaver on a hot day. Staff come around and you can order a cold drink and food and they'll bring out to you.

The customer service was amazing! They met us at our car when we drove up. They unloaded our car and then gave us complimentary valet service! The hotel is beautifully decorated in old New Mexico style. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! The food at their in-house restaurant, Garduno's was delicious and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay there again.
