Easy, comfortable stay

This house was so well stocked and clean and comfortable. No complicated instructions for checking in or out. The host provided us with lists of restaurants to visit (all of which were great). This house is the perfect location if you are looking to take young kids to some easy trails to ride.

A Perfect Family Getaway

We had the best time visiting Bentonville for a few days! This home is in such an amazing location. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go - or the drive was so quick. We spent every second we could outdoors, and the home owners provided so many great ideas of where to go to enjoy the community.

First Vrbo experience, perfection!

Beautiful place, very comfortable bed and the owners promptly respond to any questions and offer very useful information for first time visitors like myself. This was my first VRBO experience and will be my go-to place when visiting NWA, you can’t go wrong!

Everything we needed, amazing stay

This house was perfect for our spring break trip with the family. The hosts made sure to welcome us with helpful information and personal touches. The house is close to the trailhead and the garage has bike racks for use. Everything was well thought-out in the home, it was so clean, and was truly perfect for what we needed. Spring Break in Bentonville

My family took a long weekend spring break trip to Bentonville and these accommodations were just right for us. Check in was seamless, there were many personal touches that made it feel welcoming, and everything was clean. We much appreciated the host personally texting us about inclement weather, checking in on how things were going, and sending over local recommendations. You can’t beat the location of this home as well. It’s such an easy walk to the Chrystal bridges trails and south entrance of the museum. Lastly, my little girls loved having the backyard to roam around and explore in while we were at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property!!! Everything we needed and more. Close to downtown…walked everywhere. Wouldn’t add anything. Property manager was readily available even for directions coming into town. I would recommend this property 110%!!! Thanks for having us

Great stay in Bentonville

The property was very clean and had recently been remodeled. Comfortable bed in the master. Located very close to very nice trails for hiking or biking. We walked to Crystal Bridges and the city square multiple times.

I am so truly grateful

I brought my elderly mother to visit her grandchildren. I looked at hotels and then thankfully, I checked out VRBO. And i found this small home and not only was this perfect, it was less expensive than any hotel. I could bring her almost to the door, and then we walked into a comfortable, fully connected and beautiful little home. The owners connected with me easily, it is a quiet, cul de sac neighborhood, yet minutes from downtown Bentonville. I will always be grateful for ending up staying at such a tremendous place!

Lovely Cottage, Great Location

This beautifully and newly refurbished cottage features a fine kitchen and bath, nice, well lit spaces and a fun backyard. 100 yards from trail access for mountain biking and walking. Superb location for any active visitor.

This Home is a Gem

This home was so much more than we expected. It is beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, well taken care of and a pleasure to call it home during our vacation. It is within a few steps of the trail head that leads you to the Crystal Springs Museum or to the Bentonville Downtown Square. It’s a wonderful path for walkers, runners and bikers; quite the treat to leave the car in the garage.

Perfect home away from home

Newly remodeled home was very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Home is close to trails, Crystal Bridges, and downtown area. Owners communicated nearby construction ahead of the trip as well. It was perfect for our week away.

A great place to build great memories!

I brought my two teenage sons to Bentonville for mountain biking and we had an unforgettable trip! This house was a great hub for relaxing, refreshing, and sleeping. It is conveniently located near downtown Bentonville and several mountain bike trails that you can quickly bike to. The house was very clean and modern with great beds and all the amenities a person could use. The large TV and comfortable couch enhanced our nightly comedy movie experience. We were able to keep our bikes in the garage where they were out of the way and secure. This beats lugging them up to a hotel room where the bikes take up a bunch of the room! I highly recommend this place for a great trip!

Perfect & exactly as described and better

This was our second trip to Bentonville so we knew exactly where we wanted to be to get the most out of our trip. We wanted to be as close to the trails as possible and this house could not have been more perfect. David met us at the house at 4 pm and gave us a personal tour and a few tips for our trip. The home is immaculate and so well appointed. My husband and I brought our 12 year old son and we all were comfortable in the home and enjoyed the amazing backyard amenities. They even left snacks and coffee for the week—nice touch. I have to tell you about the bed! I don’t think I’ve slept on a more comfortable bed on vacation in my life, seriously. This was much needed after hours on the trails each day. The trails are literally in the backyard (Zeplin) and across the street is access to the Greenway leading straight to Compton Gardens. We also took the nature walk down to the museum grounds one night, everything is so close. If you go straight down the hill you will be at Masterpiece. If you are looking for cozy, clean and close to the trails accommodations, this is the place for you.

Serene Location and Amazing House

We were in town for a wedding and could not have asked for a better house to stay in. The location was easy to get to. The décor was spot on. The owners have an eye for decorating. The back yard was serene and so relaxing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was so comfortable, especially the master bed. Just one note to future people that stay. If you use the fans in the bedrooms: 1 is high and 4 is low. I just assumed 4 was the highest until my daughter told me otherwise. We did have an issue with the air but the owner was on it ASAP and got it fixed. He kept us up to date on the progress of getting it fixed and offered several options to make sure we were happy. Very thoughtful and great at communicating. We will stay here again.

So close to Crystal Bridges

Loved staying at this home. It was so comfortable and well set up, that we spent more time there than we usually do at rentals. I loved how close it was to Crystal Bridges and the trails. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Place
