Pros and cons with this home but you should avoid.Pros: Good space, good bedrooms, and great location with nice views.Cons: Poor HVAC, bottom floor game room w/ two bedrooms does not heat and they even put two space heaters there, meaning they know it does not heat and it's a fire hazard to run space heaters for prolonged periods of time. This rendered the bottom floor useless to us. TV and fireplace did not work in downstairs game room as well.Hot tub not ready for us, was 83 degrees but set to 103, informed them as soon as I noticed it not working. I was told a local office manager would contact me and I did not hear anything, had to follow up, finally someone came out and turned it off sleep mode. Too late as that was our last day. Very sloppy - not renter's responsibility to ensure hot tub is ready, rendered it useless to us for our stay.We would not have booked a winter rental home if it didn't have a hot tub.House was cold upon arrival so they did not turn the heat on for a winter stay. Monoxide detector was beeping (batteries no good) and the main door lock stopped working too (bad batteries). I'm sick of dealing with Vacasa. Not the first time they did not deliver what was advertised and it's annoying spending phone time clawing money back.
