"The hotel staff were friendly. Check in and out took longer than most other hotels. The room and hotel were clean and tidy. Food options at the hotel were excellent. Many choices and flavoursome. The restaurant teams managed the area with military excellence, serving guests drinks, replenishing food, cleaning up. The all inclusive drink choices weren’t the best. Downside to this venue was the swimming pool areas. They were slightly off site, and could do with some renovation. There’s a bus stop outside the door of the hotel, and a short 7 minute walk to the train station. Parking on the site of the hotel was €19 per day but you could park on the Main Street outside for free."

"We changed our hotel booking to this one because it looked better and we were not disappointed. The location is perfect and the staff continually provided excellent quality of service with a special thank you to the concierge. The buffet-style meals were always good and our stay was a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Benelmadena."
