The pool facility was excellent! We also enjoyed our nice room, and everything was quite clean. Staff was really nice!!!

Overall it is great if you’re not too picky. My big complaint was that the bed sheets were super dirty no there were popcorn residue left in the room but everything’s else was great.

Housekeeping staff relentlessly bangs on each and every single door starting at 9:30am and doesn't stop. You can hear the loud, obnoxious knocking above, below, and on your floor. It woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. It was completely unacceptable and I'm never staying at this location ever again. Worst experience at a hotel ever. What hotel does that? You should be able to sleep in peace and quiet. That wasn't the case here and I advise to stay away from this hotel if you want to sleep in past 9:30am.
