First I called the day before to ask if I could do early check in and was told “yeah no” then was hung up on. The room I booked was no smoking but they didn’t have any so we got a smoking room for multiple asthmatics and it stunk like an ash tray. We rented a 3 bed bedroom; my family (husband and 2 babies) plus my sister, her husband and teenage son all stayed in the room. First thing we did was let the 22 month old run around in the room. I went to change his diaper and his feet were coal black! I went to take a shower with him to clean him and there was long black hairs in the shower. I have red, my sister blond and they guys all have crew cuts! My husband went to talk to the staff and was told that there were no other rooms available and that housekeeping already left! The bed sheets were clean, despite my sister’s sheets being torn. There was no phone cord from the wall jack to the phone nor from the phone to the receiver! The safety chain lock was busted as well! It was clear someone spent a lot of money remodeling the hotel however cleanliness and politeness are 100% lacking! We have photos of all of this for anyone who wants to see them! When I checked out I told the lady all she said is “I am sorry you were unsatisfied and that they were completely booked yesterday”

MAID NEVER CLEANED. SOMETIMES SHE WOULD COME IN TO GET TOWELS AND NEVER BRING ANY BACK. ROOM WAS DIRTY. LOOK LIKE THE SHEETS WERE NEVER CHANGED. PERSON AT DESK WAS VERY NICE.

Never Again

A dump at half the price.... the filth, stains and smells were exactly as advertised by previous guest reviews. The only positive being the friendly and professional woman at the check-in counter, but avoid at all cost.

This hotel is the worst experience I haver had

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast
The customer service was horrible, specially, the person at the front desk. She was very rude. I asked her for a bottle of water to do a cup of coffee and she just replied " really... you have to be joking ".. I strongly believe that they have no sense of professionalism to work in the hospitality field. Finally, they did my room and did not trash the garbage neither change the tower that were in the floor. Instead, they put them back in the shower. Overral, Horribe !!

This motel was a bad experience

Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast
We went there for my son's graduation from Parris Island. I reserved a non-smoking room with a refrigerator as advertised. The room was a smoking room with no refrigerator. There were no toiletries in the room when we arrived - no soap! The sheets were not fitted and kept coming off the mattress. There were not enough towels and the towels were worn and very thin. The breakfast bar was cheap sweets and watery juice. The smell of the cheap air freshener to mask the smell of smoke was nauseating. I got sick. The check-in person barely grunted at me. I do not recommend this place.

clean and friendly

despite of reviews decided to stay because of the price and location. also needed for one night only. i was surprised to see how well maintained hotel it was, except some minor things which i could live with. my room was nice and clean staff was friendly and helpful
