"Experiência excelente! Única ponderação seria sobre o apartamento que possui uma porta interna que divide a apartamento do outro sem isolamenro acústico, o que torna a experiencia do quarto não tão boa, pois escuta barulho, falas e choro das criancas de um lado para outro. Demais avaliações teria a nota máxima, servico de limpeza e arrumação, atendentes dos bares, garçons dos restaurantes, pessoal do entretenimento, motoristas do transporte interno, todos com avaliacao maxima. Com certeza voltarei."

"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. The room was decent but the bed was a bit too firm. I like the decor and layout of the room, with a small kitchenette. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good but can use some more variety. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the price is reasonable. "
