"It is a disgusting room, ants every where, on the bead, floor, in the shower. You need to climb 200 stars to the room. There is a mold in the shower, in the kitechen. I ordered this place to 6 nights and we had staying there only one night and change to other hotel. They didn't accepet our compliances ..."

"Broken window means mosquitoes get inside. Construction everywhere still extending third and fourth floor. And no wifi at all. Entrance is througg the back where the construction is. Front is covered by hung laundry clothes."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cadlao, the staff were so friendly and everyone looked after me and made me feel very welcome. They assisted with carrying my luggage and booking an airport driver, and they were very responsive on WhatsApp which made me feel safe in case I was out and about and needed assistance. There is also a tuk-tuk that takes you from the hotel into town and back which was great! It was quiet and peaceful at Cadlao and the beds were really comfortable, and the shower water was always warm. The only thing I would have enjoyed that the room didn’t include was a mini fridge to keep my food and drinks refrigerated. The complimentary tea-time and cake at 4pm and then happy hour at 5-6pm was lovely as well. I would love to come stay here in the future! "
