None of the good things matter because you are paying for a nice place to sleep. If you cant sleep because the facility is blasting music at 11 pm and you hear it loudly in your 15th floor room then none of that matters. I paid more for what i was hoping would be a restful night before travel and now i will go to the airport at 4 am with no sleep. I asked for earplugs at the front desk and was met with a no. They didnt care either. Wish i decided on a different hotel because there are options
