Upon checking in they told me their pool was closed which is the only reason I went there. On their webpage it showed an outdoor pool open as an amitiy. So I was told no refund because I used a 3rd party a 3rd party..TRAVELOSITY.

I nearly missed my flight when front desk failed to notify me with a requested wake up call. My room was okay but the hallway and areas outside my room were dirty and looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks.

When booking this hotel understand that handicap room are only with king beds. That doesnot make sense if you are not husband and wife. Nice breakfast. But because you are far from stores they over change you on water and soda.

The pool was dirty. The first room the toilet was broken. The air conditioners did not work in either room. We had to cut our trip short and check out early

Love the pool. Parking was good. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for our visit. Staff was great... very kind to me because my husband had a medical situation that required us to leave immediate and stayed only one night instead of the 4 nights. We will definitely return on our next trip to Annapolis.
