When we arrived they did not have a room available. I would like my money returned since there was no stay

The staff was fantastic. The cleanliness was a dissapointment. Mole around the bath tub, spills on the carpet that hadn''t been cleaned up for a long time. Furniture had spots on them. Overall I would give a rating of 5, breakfast 6, pool 8, parking lot 8. The best feature was that it was pet friendly.

The property is dirty & loud. No rest. Unfriendly staff & terrible housekeeping. Tub was black. Floor was wet. Carpets were dirty.

So as a place to park yourself for a night it’s adequate. Slightly under par for the cost but safe, and pretty straightforward. The GOOD- the front desk staff we friendly and efficient. Check in was a breeze and everything in order and all questions answered succinctly and were correct.the room itself was OK. Seemed clean for the living space and the beds weee well made and neat and clean. The BAD- it’s noisy. At least on the first floor. The TV didn’t work. Neither did the phone. The tv wouldn’t turn on at all. Turned out to be the outlet. It was half out of the wall with the neutral wire disconnected. Plugged the tv into another outlet and it worked but the smart features did not. It couldn’t see the free internet. Speaking of the internet- it’s free and SLOW. Don’t both. But hey- it’s free so not counting against them. The phone didn’t work or I would have called the desk. If scheme of things but a big deal just annoying. The UGLY- the bathroom was filthy. Toilet used and unflished. Gross hand smears on the wall and door. It was a biohazard. I had wipes and used half a tub of Lysol wipes to help things out. Water pressure for the show is like a squirt gun. Not sure if a crappy shower saver or bad faucet. No hot water. Like warm only. As I said for a straight sleep over it’s passable and ok enough for the cost. Staff were great. Facility needs help and TLC. Also noticed a strong chemical smell. Like acetone or paint thinner.

This property was terrible, upon my first check in I was sent to a room that was already occupied. Then was giving a different room #206 that was already used . Both beds were dirty unmade towels on the floor .. (just never cleaned) went back to the front desk and I was told there nothing I can do ;the manger on call was in the hospital…. After I threaten to call police , the night reception call a manger . And finally we got to check in a 3rd room that had no towels or Soap , unsanitary I can go on and on

Upon checking in they told me their pool was closed which is the only reason I went there. On their webpage it showed an outdoor pool open as an amitiy. So I was told no refund because I used a 3rd party a 3rd party..TRAVELOSITY.
