Just a pleasure to watch! The breakfast was feast and the staff extremely attentive. The reception staff went above and beyond when we forgot our jackets in the hotel. "Every one was so friendly. Checkin was fast no problems. There was someone to help with luggage. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the chocolate on the bed every day. The food was excellent. I will definitely stay here again. "

"What a real gem. We only stayed one night on our way to Kruger. From reception to the person sweeping the grounds we were treated excellent. Breakfast was great and definitely plentiful. We highly recommend staying here. "

"Checking in was quick however our reservation was missing breakfast so that was a tad disconcerting. However Michelle was great and made a note on the booking. We were in room 107 which was at the rear of the hotel and had guys grinding and constructing into the evening. We had to ask reception to ask them to stop. Our room was interleading and the family next door had young kids who were incredibly noisy through the night and again at 05:30 in the morning to the point where I had to knock on the door. It made for a tough night We missed breakfast due to an early drive and upon our return around 20:30 we realised there was a concert of sorts which ran through the night until around 06:00. It’s very unfortunate that the hotel seems to have been built to service events around the area but isn’t equipped with a high level of noise cancellation capability. Breakfast was pleasant with the exception of the coffee machine randomly rinsing itself into my cup after I had left my cup filling up as I got hot food. The smell was foul and that put a dampener on an otherwise good breakfast offering. Small details like the charging ports not being on both sides make for awkward charging ability where couples are involved "
