"The staff were so friendly and helped me get around the hotel zone and downtown Cancun for cheap by suggesting I take the bus! The only thing I did not like was that the atm in the hotel charges a $19 fee for cash deposits so I suggest people bring cash from home rather than using the atms there. Other than that everything was perfect!! "
