"The room was not cleaned very well and smelled like stale smoke. We purchased an air freshener the day we got there. The beds were comfortable and had really great pillows. Also, the pool was closed in the middle of June with no explanation."

"Upon arrival, the staff greeted me and my daughter with smiles, and they were eager to help. They gave us rooms right next to each other, but unfortunately, we needed to move due to an air conditioner issue. The gentleman at the front desk immediately sent maintenance to take a look and relocated us down the hall to another room with no hesitation. We took advantage of the lounge area, the food and the conversations with the other guests was absolutely amazing. My future visits to the Augusta area will definitely include Doubletree as a place to lodge."
