Great location

Perfect place for our ladies get away weekend. Only 3 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice deck with plenty of seating overlooking the street . Only negative would be all of the steps up to the second floor rental. A bit difficult for 6 seniors.

Family Vacation OCNJ 2024

I can’t say enough good things about our hosts and the property on Central Ave. Steve and Kim were very responsive from the initial booking and checked in on us during our stay. the house was exactly as represented. Extremely clean, well located 3 blocks from the beach. 8 beach tags and gear included. Will definitely rent from Heavenly Rez again. Thank you so much for helping us have an excellent vacation!

Beautiful home with a short walk to the boardwalk and beach

The house was wonderful - clean and well-maintained, with everything to make it feel like your home away from home. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and teens. We loved that in a few shorts minutes, we could pack up the provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels, and walk to the beach. We would definitely love to come back and stay in this rental again!

The house was almost perfect for us. I failed to notice that we would have to climb many stairs.

It was quiet. Everything worked well. We we able to have family that live close by to come visit us. The only thing that would have helped is to have a light weight vaccuum cleaner. We made sure everything was clean. Any spices or oil we bought but didn't use all we left there. Hope that was ok. Nothing got broke and we did a check through and believe we did all you wanted done.

Fall vacation

Our family has been coming to OCNJ for almost 50 years. This property was excellent for our needs with a good amount of space and within walking distance of the boardwalk/beach and great restaurants. The property owners were very accessible and the property was exactly as stated. I would absolutely come back in the years to come.

Best vacation ever‼️

Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and best of all… the beach cart… Avid beachgoers know they are the most important part of the trip, and were provided ‼️ ⛱️ loved an outdoor shower as always… Well appointed kitchen – had everything we needed (bring paper products as there may not be enough to get you started) Fabulous furniture inside and out and TVs everywhere… and of course great location ‼️ Thanks so much we will be back 😎

Felt like home

This property is as nice a of a vacation rental as you’ll find. It’s close to the beach and boardwalk. It is clean and updated and was a great place for my family to relax. The property owners are polite and checked in to make sure everything was alright. I would stay at this property again!

Great stay in the heart of OC!

The house was super comfortable and spacious for a family of 5 with two grandparents! The location could not be beat and we could walk everywhere! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Very comfortable beds! We had a great stay.

Perfect for our family vacation

Kim and Steve's house was a perfect choice for our family's stay in Ocean City. The location -- peaceful yet near the heart of the boardwalk and eminently walkable -- was exactly what we were hoping for. We particularly appreciated the large, round dining room table, the sheets and towels that were provided (a big plus for our out-of-state travelers), and the generous amount of beach equipment in the garage. Our arrival and departure were seamless and Kim and Steve made sure that we had everything we needed. We were very pleased to stay there.
