La Casa di Catia is a nice house situated in the heart of the Val di Chiana countryside, 5 km far from Castiglion Fiorentino and halfway between the beautiful town of Arezzo and Cortona (15 km).  The house is set in a strategic position ideal to visit the south of Tuscany and Umbria.
The access to the property is characterized by a path with cypresses leading to the house. All around, a multitude of different landscapes: the valley, with cereals and corn fields, hills covered with olive groves and vineyards and the forests of the mountains in the distance, near Cortona.
The house is surrounded by a large green space shaded by two old oaks and equipped with garden furniture. In summer, the swimming pool located in a sunny position ensures cool and pleasant moments to be shared with the family or friends.
The furniture is simple and rustic in style, perfectly adapted to the construction of the house and offers a good level of comfort.
During their stay in the house, guests can book sitghtseeing flights over the Chiana Valley at the Flight Center 'Serristori' (ultralights) located about 2 km far from the house, in Manciano.   Please take note that you might hear the sound of some ultralight, especially in the week-ends.
There is also a small equestrian house about 500 m from the house;  where children will be able to have a ride on the horses (on request).

The property is fully fenced and consists mainly of lawn (about 5,000 m²). Area shaded by two old oaks. Large gazebo with table and chairs iideal to enjoy 'al fresco' dinners by the pool. Barbecue and pizza oven.

The pool, located in a sunny location, measures 5 x 10 m

The price includes: water, gas cooking facilities, electricity, Weekly change of linen, garden and pool maintenance, use of the pool from last Saturday of April to second Saturday of October
