"My husband and I had an amazing stay at Royalton Hideaway St. Lucia while celebrating our honeymoon and first wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. A special thank you to Tashael, who reached out to us after learning we were celebrating. She introduced us to the Romance Package and took wonderful care of us throughout our trip. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly celebrated. The Romance Package exceeded our expectations. The beautiful room décor, thoughtful welcome gift, personalized message, courtesy call, relaxing couples massage, and romantic private dinner on the beach were all absolutely amazing. Every detail made our anniversary unforgettable. Thank you to Tashael and the entire Royalton Hideaway team for creating memories we will cherish forever. "The resort is phenomenal! A beautiful view from every villa whether on the beach o in the mountains. The staff was so nice from the front when you checked in to the bar and every restaurant. Great food and dinners at all the restaurants onsite. We have a daughter with Celiac and every meal was delicious for her. We loved it for our family of four and would definitely go back!"

"Bay Gardens Hotel is truly my home away from home whenever I’m in Saint Lucia. The location is super ideal & in the heart of everything you will need offsite.💚 From Ms. Gustave the General Manager and Ms. Helena at the resturtant to the wonderful housekeeping team, the hardworking groundskeepers who keep the property beautiful, and every single staff member, I am so grateful for your kindness, warmth, and hospitality. You always go above and beyond to make every stay feel comfortable, safe, and welcoming. It may be a small and intimate hotel, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. The personal care, genuine friendliness, and peaceful atmosphere make it a true home away from home. Thank you, Bay Gardens Hotel, for always making me feel like family. I can’t wait to return! 🇱🇨"

"How to describe this one is TOUGH! I wanted to give 3 stars but ultimately gave 4. Given this, will go negative to positive. Themes are common. Negative: -Definitely paying large company prices (ie., salary of some random rich person living elsewhere) without high price benefits. -Beach is quaint but upkeep is poor (even if famous) (does not give an I care about the environment vibe). -Way too few pool chairs per capita (I shouldn't need to do work hrs on vacation to enjoy myself) -You can tell staff feel the vibe (see point 1) -Boardwalk was dangerous in spots; water "feature" was stagnant and on the dirty side -Air con very unreliable Positive -Food selection was excellent, plus plus plus loved the coffee and snack bar (saves the place) (it's the little things sometimes) -Male Manager (food?) was always pleasant and professional -Chef who taught the cooking class was friendly and knowledgeable -Room service- although slow sometimes - was much appreciated -Friendly and nice "gatekeepers" at the beach path exit -Rooms were comfortable (minus the air con which was close to meltdown)"
