I booked a room it showed a picture of a Governors suite with a full Kitchen, and there was none. The first room they gave me was a queen room with no microwave. I had to go to the desk and tell them I booked a Govenors suite with a full kitchen. They told me they don't have any, those are only at extended stay hotels. They claimed Travelocity falsely offered it. I had no room service, if I needed linen,I was told to bring mine down and they would replace it. On the second day, I asked if they could empty the trash and re-stock every thing. By the time I got back that evening, nothing was done. I had to go to the desk and complain, then they sent a maid to do it. My trash cans were so full I was going to dump them in the hall if they didn't do their job. I will never stay at a Red Lion again. The advertised breakfast buffet was nothing but cereal, muffins,banana's, apples, bagels coffee, and juice...WOW. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR :( :(

Requires multiple repairs around and inside the property especially the rooms. Ceiling tiles were missing, the slider door was broken, with the toilet and bathroom with debris and blue stains almost like the comet cleaner was left there for days.

Was charged $30 for a stain on a washcloth! We didn't even shower no soap in the bathroom if we wanted to. Toilet ran most of the night til we actually got up and fixed it I have always stayed there and I never will again

Decent location, under renovation

Its an old hotel currently under renovation so the rooms are pretty outdated and worn. Not the best neighborhood at night but during the day its fine. Right across from small park and original Capitol location. Short walk to a few cute shops and the water. No fast food anywhere in the little downtown which we loved. Uber is quick to deliver there and the capital building is super close. Check with staff about cooling system updates before booking in the summer. Our room was 75 degrees in February and wouldn't cool so we had to leave the balcony door open. In the summer that wouldn't work.

I booked this hotel online. It was in a somewhat convenient location for my work. It is a downtown, multi-story old, poorly maintained in a bad area. The only parking was in the rear and that was a large, old asphalt lot adjacent to what looked like industrial businesses. The room was in a corner. The desk lamp was missing a light bulb, there were only two hangers and the towels were thin and of poor quality. I asked the clerk to change my room and she refused. Avoid this place.

I had to change room immediately because the first room was an accessible room was in the worst shape, with broken door, drawers, the height of the clothes rack was too low, and the room smelled. the second room its bathroom had some material on the door; the shower curtain was torn, the door wouldn't shut. I wasn't told that it was on a green housekeeping so the room wasn't even tidied in my 3 night stay.

Ehh - its okay. The water from the shower is wild! It doesn’t matter which direction you turn the handle, it can’t decide! Hot then cold then hot then cold! Wild ride!
