Older hotel under renovation as the rooms are a bit dated. But our room was large with 2 queen beds with a nice view of the People’s Palace. Breakfast buffet was great. Conveniently located across from the train station.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. I had a balcony along with a nice view. The hotel lobby was nice and staff were helpful. What i didnt like was the tub in the bathroom as it was deep and high which made it difficult to shower. I slipped when climbing out. Also the checkout process was terrible ...

We had a wonderful stay at Sofia Balkan. The hotel is conveniently located next to Serdika metro station. Most location attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and modern.
