no accommodation or food for our driver. room was okay, no TV, no AC. service was slow The staff was not as helpful as we expected about the knowledge around the area. The stuff like slippers were a little dirty even after replacement, so not sure if they are reusing stuff.

Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time.
