"Breakfast menu was freesh and varieties. The bars was well equipped. The staffs greets, were polite and well trained. My Classic suite room was very spacious, clean and well kept. The room service was awesome. I would come back to vintano hotel."

"No electricity, at least upon arrival Upon arrival there was no electricity. They said they need to get fuel to put on the light which made me assume I was the only guest and also I didn’t see anyone else in the two nights I stayed there. Now the rooms were unfortunately very dirty, with cigarette stubbles and hair laying in the bathroom. No light in the Bathroom and Cigarette stubbles on the floor After letting them know that the light in the bathroom is not working nothing was done about it. I was bathing in the dark in the evening but there was a window so during the day or morning you bathe with light. Wet areas and toilet areas are not separate. So when you bath and need to go to toilet right after you’ll be stepping into the bathing water from earlier. No complimentary anything There is no complimentary towel, bring your own and also no complimentary bath soap. The sink is so tiny which wouldn’t be an issue if there was a place to put a towel or soap ect. The bedding was also dirt with roaches crawling both on the floor and in the bed. I left the hotel with 3 roach bites. There is no room service by which the room is regularly cleaned. If you dont have to stay in this Hotel don't!!"

"Unfortunately the staff doesn't have good customer service. I requested and paid for 3 rooms together and I was given 3 different rooms with different floors. We were supposed to stay together and they refused to accommodate my request. And the staffs have nonchalant attitudes. Also the rooms doesn't have towel or toilet paper and they were arguing with me about it. Overall we didn't have a good stay."

"The staff at Lilygate are exceptional. I was created by my name as soon as I walked in the door! Nice touch. In addition, I was created with a refreshing cold bottle of water and juice. Ms. Chinyere Kalu, leader at the front desk was a perfect example of providing excellent customer service. She arranged my transportation from the airport to Lilygate, as well as from Lilygate to Ouidah, Benin. If I lived in Lagos, I would hire Ms. Kalu. If you're looking for a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience in Lekki, remember to stay at Lilygate. Thank you to everyone! Well done!"
