"その部屋は私たち家族にとってとても広々としていました。小さな子供たちと一緒に旅行しましたが、ホテルは私たちのニーズにとてもよく対応してくれました。スタッフは素晴らしく、とても親切でした。まるでホテルに滞在しているのではなく、家族と一緒に過ごしているかのように感じました。
ホテルは最高の立地にありました。ホテルで朝食はとりませんでしたが、見たところメニューも充実しているようでした。ホテルからホアンキエム湖までは徒歩ですぐなので、食べ物の選択肢も数え切れないほどありました。
日中は市内を散策し、ホテルに戻ると大きな笑顔で迎えてくれました。ホテルに戻ってくると、リラックスして安全だと感じることができました。
今回のハノイ滞在を思い出深いものにしてくれた、アンナさんと、名前を残念ながら忘れてしまった、もう一人の優しい受付の女性、ダさんに大きな感謝を送ります。"
