"BEWARE. Staff was super uncooperative, lied to us, and if you book thru 3rd party they give you the worst room they have. The towels were gray & gross! Outdoor patio was a mess for a holiday weekend. We've never had an issue at any other Fairfield Inn in the country."

"I don’t know or remember the lady‘s name when I checked in, but she was absolutely wonderful and it was very helpful. Kind informational very sweet and helped me and My Wife to our rooms and was very over achieving but with a heart something that I miss from back home in Oklahoma and El Reno, I was on a turnaround trip from California and I can’t wait to get back to Oklahoma but that place is like home"
