"I stayed at the InterContinental dor 7 days and found the hotel to be clean and conveniently located next to Larcomar, Unfortunately, a billing issue significantly impacted my overall experience. During my stay, questions were raised regarding my fiancée staying with me, apparently they have a schedule for visitors, I discussed the matter with hotel management and was informed that the related charges would be waived. Based on that conversation, I understood the issue to be resolved and expected my final bill to reflect that agreement. However, upon checkout, I found that the charges had still been applied. I raised the issue because it was inconsistent with what I had been told during my stay. Clear communication and accurate billing are important aspects of customer service, and in this case my expectations were not met. While I appreciated the hotel’s location and cleanliness, the handling of this matter left me disappointed. I hope management reviews its communication and billing processes to help prevent similar situations for future guests."
