"This property was such a find! It offered all the amenities of a hotel room but the uniqueness of Cinque Terre. Our room slept 3 people, perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. We also had private patio and hot tub with a beautiful setting. Massimiliano was so incredibly friendly and helpful! He promptly responded to any ask and provided exceptional service. The location was so nice, in that it was quiet but close walking distance to grocery, restaurants, gelato and little shops! I did misunderstand that the property was not in Vernazza but in the town of Coniglia. However, this was ultimately so much better. Coniglia was not as crowded, had great restaurants, was a quick train ride to the other towns and a stunning view of the water. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit myself again!"

"Fantastic view!!! Clean and comfy bed! Air conditioner only runs when the room key is in the room so you often come back to a hot room and it takes a bit of time to cool down. We would often go on the balcony to cool down until the room was cooler. You have to sometimes wait for the shuttle during busy times of the day.. maybe having two shuttles during busy times of day could help..however, they really make an effort to hurry back for you. They really try. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is very accommodating and helpful. The grounds and the hotel is kept bery well and very clean. I would definitely come back and recommend to others."

"The view was lovely over looking the water and the location was very central. It may be louder on weekends. The manager was very kind and met us to show up to the apartment near the meeting spot. The unit was cool from the air conditioning but the unit dripped water all night. I mentioned to the manager so hopefully it is fixed soon as it was pooling water near the door and noisy. We just stayed for one night."

"The hotel is perfectly located just off the beach. It does not have the feel of a beach hotel but of a calm air-conditioned respite. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good, but needs more spark. The front patio fountain and many chairs created a warm atmosphere. The hotel seemed to have more vibrance than other Monterosso al mare lodging options. Perhaps the most essentially located and comfortable hotels in all of Cinque Terre."
