Good location for Chiacahua National Monument.
Staff was friendly and helpful. One of our rooms the lock didn’t work so quickly found another room. Only negative was the beds too soft!

The floor was absolutely disgusting!!! Each of the 4 of us showered and was ready to climb into bed after traveling for 12 hours. As we walked around the room we noticed our 2 year old granddaughters feet. The bottoms of them were extremely dirty and this was AFTER a shower!! I then looked at the bottom of all our feet. They were all black with dirt. It’s as if that floor had NEVER been mopped. All of us had to wash our feet before getting into bed. But after we cleaned the floor ourselves with towels. It took two times going over the floor to get them clean enough to walk on. This was unbelievable to us. Never ever experienced dirty floors like this in a hotel before.

The room was nice and clean except we had to change rooms because the next door customers were very noisy.The front seat person told us that they are road workers and should have been assigned rooms on the opposite side.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. You need to be sure to use clean water to mop and clean the floors. Walking on what was suppose to be a newly mopped floor left the bottom of my feet black.

There was a huge puddle of water on the floor when we arrived. There was no toilet paper. There is mildew along the tub. The safety door latch is broken. The girl at the front counter was very helpful but this place is falling apart.
