Loved the decor of the hotel and furnishings in our room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good transport to the airport by courtesy bus. This will now be our hotel of choice in Sydney.

Last Moxy stay
We got in late Sat night so decided to hang out at the hotel bar. We order a burger and some drinks. While waiting for our food sitting at the bar we could watch the cook preparing everyones meals. Much to our horror we watched one of the cook lick the sauce from his fingers multiple time and continued working, touching everyone's food without once washing his hands. When we went to pick up our food, we refused it and requested a new burger. The other cook apologized and agreed to personally prepare it for us. The rooms are clean, they advertise that the rooms have air conditioning, which they do however only at a set temperature which was 24°C. We tossed and turned all night because we were too hot to get comfortable. When we were finally ready to leave, we paid for the hotels airport shuttle. We scheduled the shuttle for 11 am. We were instructed by the front desk to arrive 5 mins early. We arrived outside next to the shuttle with our luggage ready to go at 1050. We waited probably 25 mins with no one arriving. I finally went to the front desk to inquire. She said she been trying to get ahold of the driver with no luck. Finally he was found laying down in the front seat of the shuttle asleep. While some of the workers were helpful and things appeared to be clean, I just don't know if the few good things can out way the horribly bad.

We stayed one night while we had a layover from New Zealand. I picked this place because it was close to the airport. When we got out of the International airport we had to get a taxi as the app would not let us book their shuttle until the next day. When we got to the hotel we were offered a complimentary drink on arrival. Lovely touch, I enjoyed it. Hubby not so much, but his loss. I had booked a cot for the room which somehow didn't translate to our booking despite having it on my email from the hotel. The lobby was nice, had a good ramp up to the hotel for the buggy and the staff were friendly. There are two check in desks which look like they are part of the bar. A bit confusing. The rooms are tiny but the shower is huge!! Work that one out! With a buggy, two large suitcases and a porta cot, it was very tight for space. I am not sure if this is their only size room but consider if space is what you need. Room was clean and quirky. Has a huge telly though! The remote is a little weird. Took a while to work out how to turn the volume up. You have to push the volume switch down and up not press it! We went for a drink and dinner. mine was the smoked salmon pasta and hubby had the fennel and pork meatballs. Both were sampled by baby who enjoyed the pasta. I thought mine was nice but both dishes had way too much parmesan. Could definitely hold off on that. The shuttle needs a trailer for suitcases and prams. It was tight. Good spot - lots of age groups. games available too
