The hotel was nice. Dark in color because they use dark wood. The decor does feel heavy and out dated. House keeping was wonderful. Pillows are awful. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy. The grounds were amazing and very tuned up. If you want a beverage at the bars be ready to stand in line. The food is average. Just normal all inclusive food. Large amounts with little flavor.

The hotel was great except there was a lot of renovations with jackhammers in the lobby each day. Also only one elevator in our section of the hotel with the other never fixed.

Loved so much about this property. Went for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Staff super helpful and accommodating. Loved the beach and food was amazing highly recommend the steakhouse.

Overall the hotel is great. What it lacks in is very very porr drink setvice at pools and beach. Also thete wad no airport transfer service from riu. All other riu properties had thesr thongs included.

Property was great. Fantastic pools and beach. Generally very clean. There was construction going on while there which was disruptive but was due to end soon.
