It's in a good location and has a good beach. Food is hit or miss. Mixed drinks are not good. They use Aspartame as sweetner in all the drinks instead of sugar and watered down/cheap liquor.

Bar staff and entertainment staff were excellent! The front desk and concierge were horrible and rude! They told us we can’t book the restaurant until 9am everyday, however everytime we went to book they were full for 3 to 4 days. The buffet was below average as well as the nightly shows. We go to Mexico every year and this is the first resort we will not be returning to.

We had a lovely stay very nice, small resort. Food was just ok, but the staff was great and very helpful. Can be noisy if your room faces the entertainment area. We had to move to a quieter room, but otherwise great stay

Absolutely loved the property, food and service however 3 nights in a row we were up at 1am listening to drunk college students in the hallways or lobby non-stop. When we called to complain, nothing was done. The noise level was WAY out of line and should not have been allowed to continue for over an hour

Clean and orderly. But the staff…. They were AMAZING. Spent ten days there and interacted with staff almost every hour minimum, and did not have one negative staff member and was treated amazingly. Milton did a wonderful job with the activities, the waiters were SO friendly and happy, and the front desk was very accommodating. They’ve got a wonderful group of staff there.

Everything was excellent, food was much better than expected with lots of vegan/vegetarian options. Only complaint would be the room windows aren’t well insulated so you can hear the lounge pretty clearly which can make it difficult for a light sleeper.
