The room wasn't vacuumed, the side table was dirty with a ring from a coffee cup spill, the spread had a visible stain. Overall cleanliness of the room seemed to be neglected.

We booked the wrong red lion in post falls, who would ever guess in such a small town there were two. Then for 6 hours no one would answer the phone to cancel the wrong one so they charged me for a no show. Will be disputing that.

This hotel lacks an elevator and while traveling with a baby, took multiple trips up and down the stairs. Breakfast was unavailable and there was never a person at the front desk when I needed something.
