Staff was very friendly. It was nice to have an elevator rather than hauling luggage up the stairs. The fitted sheets do not fit/stay on the mattress. It was convenient to have breakfast, however, all that was offered was carbs. Those of us who have to watch our carb/sugar intake were out of luck.

We stayed several days in one room. I could tell it was the family room as we found many toys and children's socks under the bed. The curtains had nail polish on it and many other stains. Overall comfortable and fine for a family room.

Mel, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. He is very short, demanding, condescending and confrontational with his guest. He created an issue with us and when he realized he was in the wrong and couldn't get out of the lies he made up in hopes to try and rectify the issue in the first place, he said we were annoying and made his other employee deal with us correctly and he left.
