The staff were very friendly and helpful - the multi story cad park across the street was good - although could get a little full at times- but free for hotel users! Very dog friendly, for no extra cost! ( down stairs rooms made the very easy!)

Worth noting that ALL ground floor accommodation, syandard rooms, are dog friendly. I wasnt aware when booking and have allergies so really struggled. However, there was no sign of dog hair, spotless and great venue. Nice communal areas, bar and facilities. Just not the ideal place to stay for someone with allergies, particularly during Crufts week, unless you can afford to stay in a delux room and are immune the odd dog bark.

My favourite
My favourite hotel when I travel to Birmingham, but it is out of the way. Nice and quiet, and I find the beds comfy and the pillows are just right. Staff are always pleasant. Fire alarms seem to go off every other trip for some reason.

The hotel was a neat surprise tucked away in the University- staff were very helpful and friendly- certainly dog friendly! Room was excellent quiet and well maintained! Free car park ( if used at the right time was very easy! Would suggest going in around 6.00Pm when university empties!) ideal spot for a stay in Birmingham ( with a car and a dog!) great facilities too!
