Accessing AOL Travel's Reservations Area

1. If you did not receive a confirmation screen before you were disconnected, then your reservation was not completed. To verify this, go to the My Profile & Plans area of Air Travel, Car Travel, or Lodging. Once there, click on the "Current Reservations" button and log in. If your reservation was completed, it will be displayed here. Otherwise, you need to go through the reservation process again.
2. Weekday afternoons are peak usage times for AOL Travel's Reservations Area. If possible, please try again early in the morning, in the evening or on the weekend. This should work most of the time, but certain events (such as the beginning or end of an airline fare war) may result in increased traffic to our site. We constantly monitor the traffic and make adjustments to ensure peak performance.
3. The difficulty you are experiencing in accessing the site could be caused by a variety of technical issues. To help us determine the specific cause, we'll need more information from you. Contact us using the Customer-Service Request Form, below.
4. To be able to access the Reservations Area of AOL Travel, your computer must be using AOL 6.0 for Windows 95/98. You can identify which version of AOL you are currently using by clicking on Help in the gray bar at the top of your screen, and then selecting About America Online from the drop-down menu.
