schöne Unterkunft in einem schönen Ort
Getrübt war unser Aufenthalt von unangenehmen Wetter und wechselnder Krankheit der Familienmitglieder. Dafür war aber unser Ferienhaus sehr schön und gemütlich, sodass wir dennoch unsere Zeit genießen konnten, soweit krankheitsbedingt möglich. Leider war das Haus bei Bezug recht kalt, es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nicht optimal waren. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes und gemütliches Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung (Zingst Mitte 10 Minuten zu fuß, Strand 5 Minuten). Vielen Dank an Besitzer und Verwalter, die Kommunikation war problemlos.

Eine maritime Auszeit in Zingst
Wir haben im Februar (bei besten Wetter) eine Woche im "roten" Haus eine gemütliche Auszeit genommen. Die Lage ist perfekt und ich kann meinen Vorgängern nur zustimmen. Für 2 Erwachsene und ein groß geratenes Pubertier ist der Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Für entspannte TV Abende kann man (ohne Einwände) die Couch vergrößern, so dass jeder seine Nische finden kann. Im Winter ist die voreingestellte Grundwärme (ohne zusätzliche Kaminnutzung) ausreichend. Nur in den Schlafzimmern hätte ich mir persönlich (als Frostbeule) eine dickere Bettdecke um diese Jahreszeit gewünscht. Aber das ist eine subjektive Empfindung, die man ggf. mit zusätzlicher Kleidung beheben kann (daher auch keine Nachfrage an den Vermieter/ Fr. Rösch). Die Dusche ist vollkommen in Ordnung, jedoch muss man sehr vorsichtig wegen dem Spritzwasser sein, da der Duschvorhang nur ein Teil des Wassers abhält. Über einen vorhandenen Wischlappen zum Tisch abwischen und eine 2. Toilettenpapierrolle hätte ich mich gefreut. Zum Glück war dies in unserem Reisegepäck inkludiert. Einen 2. Aufenthalt können wir uns mit der jetzigen Erfahrung gut vorstellen. Zu mal der Darß (v.a. um diese Jahreszeit) immer eine Reise wert ist.

Süßes kleines Ferienhaus
-perfekt für zwei Personen -ausreichende Küchenausstattung -defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde zeitnah getauscht -ungewöhnlich war der Besuch der Verwalterin mitten in der Woche um die Kurtaxe in bar abzuholen ; das kennen wir sonst nur im Vorwege durch Überweisung

Wohlige Atmosphäre
Ein schöner Aufenthalt im Winter.Gemütliches Häuschen mit Kamin.Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. 10Minuten an den Strand oder in den Ortskern. Besten Fisch in Barth. Schöne Ausflüge nach Stralsund und Rostock.

Klare Empfehlung
Super Kontakt mit der Hausdame und um eine Verlängerung wurde sich in kürzester Zeit gekümmert. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist super. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend, denn auch die kleinen Sachen an die man nicht gleich denkt sind vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder.
