Said we smoked in room, no one smokes. Charged for 3 rooms when only had 2. Crap hotel !!!!!

Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear that you were dissatisfied with your stay at our hotel. We strive to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience for all our guests.However, we did inform you that we detected a strong odor of tobacco in your room after your departure. This is a violation of our non-smoking policy, which was clearly stated at the time of booking and check-in. Therefore, we had to retain the deposit on the room to cover the cleaning costs. We are not trying to be a bad hotel by enforcing our policy. We are simply following the industry standardsWe also explained to you over the phone that the charge for two rooms for one night was correct, and that the other amount was a pre-authorization that would be released by your bank within a few days. This is a standard procedure for all hotels and we have no control over it.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. Thank you for choosing our hotel and we hope to serve you again in the future.

Comfortable bed and enjoyed having a couch

Compared to other hotel chains we stayed at, I would rate this one the worst for their breakfast choices. I am not a coffee drinker, but a tea drinker and they did not have one single tea bag out. Very disappointing!

Breakfast was ok nothing special. The breakfast lady was a hoot very friendly and funny best part of the stay. The girl that checked me in is not a people person i think she wanted another job!!

They have remodeled the rooms and they are a lot better I was impressed by the changes. I definitely will stay again when I am in Florida.
