My stay was good, at check-in Jason was friendly. The only bad thing I can say was Saturday morning went down for breakfast. 1st it was 15.00 per person next the breakfast was very cold, I had to speak with the kitchen manager next he took the food off the burners then 3 minutes later I was informed that new eggs, french toast, pancakes were ready. Well we went to get a new plate and the food was still cold.We ask for a to go container we were told because we sat down to eat we couldn't get a container to take to the room to heat our food. No free fruit or juice sad way to treat guest.

1 Asked for two connecting rooms due to children, they assured us it would be taken care of. One room was on the 5th floor, the other on the 2nd. 2 Ice Machines did not work 3 We did this hotel for the pool (again, for the children), lilly pads and algae all over, was literally looking for tadpoles and frogs I only live 30 minutes away. Literally threw away $400
