Stay in this updated 1927 charmer in the heart of all Waconia has to offer! Walk to City Center Park, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, a movie theater, bowling, ice cream and the lake! Within a few minutes' drive, walk the trails or swim and picnic at the Lake Waconia Regional Park. Take part in libations at one of the several wineries and breweries while enjoying the beautiful Waconia scenery. The house is just 13 miles from Prince's Paisley Park and conveniently located 35 miles from MSP airport. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the 2nd floor. On the main level, there is one bedroom with an attached ¾ bath. The open living area offers plenty of seating for dining, conversation, or movie night. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or in the eat-in kitchen overlooking the deck and large fenced in backyard. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit or partake in a friendly game of horse shoes. Book Club Annual getaway
Six of us slept comfortably, enjoyed both porch and deck on lovely days. This home had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the lake. Charming place to stay.

Charming Waconia house
We had a lovely stay in Waconia for a long weekend. The house is beautiful with a lot of character! Plenty of space for six adults in the house plus a spacious backyard to enjoy. We had everything we needed and more- very thoughtful welcome note, treats, water plus paper goods to use for outside grilling and easy clean up. We were even able to take advantage of the sauna. Communication was prompt and seemless. We travel to the area frequently and everyone who visited said they would keep this house in mind when visiting Waconia!

Great for Gathering Family
This Waconia charmer definitely lives up to its name and Kelly is a wonderful host. This home was rented for family visiting from TN for a family wedding in Waconia on the 23rd and then to gather to celebrate Christmas. The home was immaculate and every need was taken care of. A welcome note, along with chocolates and a gift card to the local market was left to greet us upon arrival. It was close to main street Waconia and also to the church and reception for the wedding on the 23rd. Kelly responded quickly to any request. If you need a place to gather and celebrate with family or friends, we would all highly recommend this home.

Family gathering
What a charming house! It was the perfect place for our family to gather together and enjoy Thanksgiving. Kelly was so accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond to make things work perfectly for us. The house was well stocked, clean, very roomy, and met all our needs. The bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses, there were more bathrooms than we thought, and the downstairs was way nicer than we expected from the listing. All in all, from start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous craftsman home in a great location!
This home has everything you could want for your home away from home. That includes a fully stocked kitchen with paper supplies, and ample dishware for entertaining. Each bathrooms include additional sets of towels and extra toiletries, just in case something was forgotten. We wanted to go to the lake one day and found a bag with beach towels and cooler ready to go. Kelly has thought of everything! The home was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful week visiting family in the local area and hope to stay here again.

Beautifully restored older home with tons of space for our entire family. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, ample parking, very clean, large yard, beautiful 3 season front porch, extra space in the lower level for watching tv or hanging out. Perfect for our group!

Even better than expected!
This house was even better than the photos show. Lots of room for 5 adults, including my dad who needed a walk in shower and easily accessible. All of the little touches in the house provided by the hosts were much appreciated too. The house is within walking distance to the lake, and the nearby restaurants and bars and within east driving distance of the airport. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.
