Uma boa casa!
A casa é bem grande, arejada e conta com ventiladores eficientes. Também tem uma cozinha bacana, bem organizada, com tudo que é necessário, inclusive um filtro de água gelada.. que faz muita diferença no calor! Um dos quartos tem até berço, achei bem legal. Quintal com churrasqueira, redes e jardim, é um ambiente super agradável. Sinal wi-fi é bom. O local é silencioso, tranquilo, tem até segurança de um hotel que fica 24h na esquina da rua. Bem localizada, está perto da praia da Sununga que é maravilhosa. Também tem todos comércios necessários próximos e a preço acessível. Tem um quintal na lateral e no fundo uma casa, que também aluga. No meu caso as pessoas que se hospedaram foram bem tranquilas e discretas, não tive nada a me queixar... A dona da casa está sempre disponível p/ tirar as dúvidas e sempre atenciosa, resolve prontamente qualquer problema. A taxa de animais é por fora do site vrbo, você tem que fazer um pix p/ a dona. Como sugestão, apenas gostaria que tivesse varal de chão. Faz falta p/ estender as roupas depois da praia. No demais, a experiência na casa foi boa! Voltaria novamente.
