This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom rustic lake home (camp) sits directly on Sylvia Lake, one of the cleanest spring fed lakes in New York State.
Main floor you will find the kitchen, living, dining, and large sunroom, and 1 full bathroom.
Second floor has the 4 bedrooms and another full bathroom.
Walking outside from the sunroom is an oversized deck and just a few steps away is the lake for cooling off on a hot day!
