I been there four times and it is going to be my last. Unchanged sheets, Tobacco smell. I could not stand it and I left at 6 am .

We do apologize for your unpleasant experience on you recent stay, We do change sheets every day, Some times guest they go out to smoke, Whenthey get back to the hotel the smell stay in their clotheswhich makes the hallways and rooms smelly,As you know our facility is 100% non-smoking ,As you have stayed 4 times , Please have faith in our product, Looking forward to see you on your future visit
