its a moderate option to your tokyo disney trip but the staff and room were perfect. i really liked the roof top breakfast buffet, enough choices for all tastes in your family.

Great hotel. If you get a corner suite, you have access to 2 balconies for fresh air and lots of sunlight. You can see Mt Fuji from here. The bathroom has a big window and it would be the only hotel you can see Tokyo Disney Resort iconic landmarks (Cinderella Castle, Space Mountain, Mt Prometheus etc) whilst sitting on the toilet (that should be in their brochure). It’s an 8 mins walk to Shin Urayasu train station that includes 2 great shopping centre/areas.

The hotel has shown its age. The rooms are small and need renovations. But the rooms are quiet for sleeping. The view on the 22nd floor (breakfast area) is amazing.
