Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Jedoch gab es auch Mankos, was zu Sternabzügen führte. Einen Stern gab es weniger, dass es der Vermieter anhaltend nicht für nötig hielt, den Standort der Waschmaschine im Inserat oder in der Wohnung selbst auszuschreiben! (Wir hatten sie zwar gefunden, jedoch den Vermieter deswegen anschreiben zu müssen, finden wir nicht ok). Einen weiteren Stern gibts weniger, dass es nur ein Schmalspur-Bett gibt (1,40 x 2,00 m) > Wir hätten die Wohnung nicht genommen, wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, da es doch erheblich die Schlafqualität einschränkt. Weiterhin wird in der Anzeige eine Schlafcouch erwähnt: diese aber nur für ein 6 - 8 jähriges Kind passt, da man diese nicht ausziehen kann. Auch flackert/verpixelt der Fernseher in unbestimmten Abständen, das vermutlich an dem Hochspannungsmast liegen könnte, der im Grundstück steht. Die Lage ist super und es ist schön ruhig.

Tolle Lage
Wir konnten direkt mit den Fahrrädern losfahren, waren sofort auf dem Deich. Konnten Tönning, das Eiderstauwerk und NaBu Wattwanderung super gut erreichen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung direkt hinterm Deich idyllisch, von Pferdekoppel umgeben, nur Gänsgeschnatter und ein paar Traktoren sonst kein Verkehr.

Die Lage war optimal für uns zu den gewählten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wohnung war gepflegt und sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch unkompliziert.

Bei der Ankunft waren mehrere Teile defekt. Nach der Meldung wurden einige repariert, Aber nicht alle wurden während unseres Aufenthalts repariert. Sehr unglücklich. Außerdem steht in der Anzeige, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt. Diese ist jedoch nicht vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut.

Kleine Fewo, ruhig gelegen. Toll für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende etwas abseits aber de noch nicht weit von SPO entfernt. Wir fanden es super für unseren Kurzurlaub

Nette Wohnung, landschaftlich wunderbar
Die Ferienwohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet (Küche mit Terassen-/Gartenzugang, Bad unten), Wohn-/Schlafraum im 1. Stock, ideal für 1/2 Personen, dort such ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Schlüsselsafe am Eingang, ich hatte eine nette persönliche Übergabe mit einem Mitarbeiter der Vermieterin. Wohnung ist Teil mehrerer FeWo im Haus, falls alle belegt, wird es sicher etwas eng trotz separater Eingänge. Nachbargrundstücke nah am Grundstück, was landschaftlich traumhafte Lage im Katinger Watt am Binnendeich etwas schmälert. Als störend habe ich einen Anwohner mit vielen Hunden auf seinem Grundstück empfunden, da diese bei Spaziergängern usw sofort für längere Zeit bellten. In einer Gegend, in der es sonst herrlich still ist, fällt dies eben auf. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genossen, Abzug gibt es in der ansonsten sauberen Wohnung beim Matratzenschonbezug des Bettes (Haare von Vormietern) u den Nachtablagen (staubig, ebf. Haare). Weiterhin ist die Terrassentür nicht eben sicher eingebaut u nicht zu kippen, was angesichts der sehr guten Fliegenschutztür wünschenswert wäre. Bettwäsche wird extra berechnet oder muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Insgesamt eine sehr nette Wohnung inmitten einzigartiger Natur gelegen.
