Desk clerk Aaron was great. Elevators too small. Room was dingy.Alarm clock difficulty to set. Floor was FILTHY.

The room was clean felt safe; problems the door keys kept loosing access to open the room doors I had to go 3 times to have the keys re-programmed and many other customers were there doing the same . NeXT problem: went out for a day trip shopping when returned @ 5 hrs later we had to reprogram the keys again then when we opened the door my room smelled like POT they did not even clean the room just came into the room and smoked POT! I complained to management the offered to change rooms for me but I just needed the smell to be gone! So we sprayed the room down over all I can only give it a 3!

The pool is outside and it was cold and rainy the whole time. The nightclub/bar that looks so nice in the picture is under construction and closed.. that was not disclosed in the booking. The continental breakfast area is too small for the number of guests; one of the two toasters is broken on one side, and it was impossible for my wife and I to get to the one of two waffle makers so our breakfast consisted of cold things. The bathroom has no ceiling fan, and there is one a very small trickle of water that comes out of both the hot and cold sides of the bathroom sink. The closest is located inside the steamy bathroom. The bed pillows are very small like what would go on a sofa. The property is within site of three strip clubs in a rough area of the city.
