This hotel is an utter disaster. They do not advertise that the hotel is under construction and very hard to navigate around. Check in was fine and initially room seemed good. There ended the nice things. Water pressure in shower was basically zero and just a dribble. The toilet flushed but never stayed sealed so every few minutes it would have to make a noise and refill the tank since it kept leaking. There was no extra room so we endured this. However the second night the smoke battery died and started beeping. No one answers our calls so we went down the check in and there was only one college aged girl there who called the manager and maintenance and no one answered. So we got no help and no sleep. I requested the manager reach out at 7am when they arrived but they never did. At check out I again complained and was offered $30 off of the daily “resort” fee. I again asked for the manager who was conventionally not around. To this day no one has reached out. Stay away from this horrible hotel they do not care for their patrons and management will avoid any issues.

The hotel exterior was under construction so the signage was not good. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is very nice. Our room was nice with a great bed though considerably smaller than we expected based on the pictures we saw when we booked. At one point there was only one elevator working. Overall it wasn't too bad but it's unlikely that we will stay there again based on price.

Hotel will be wonderful when renovated but still needs the final touches. Parking was awkward. Entrance area was hard to find. But when the scaffolding come down it should be much smoother.

Only one working elevator, so very slow. No hot water for shower. Couldn’t figure out how to get heat on, freezing outside. called front desk no one to help. But the nicest and most comfortable room I’ve ever stayed in.

I liked everything feom the tine of stepping out ofmycar for valet service to the day i left everyone was nothing but nice and professional. They were wikking t help with any and everything i had a quesrion about. I'm definitely looking to go back for a longer stay. Its definitely worth the money. The rooms were very spacious and clean and i didnt have to call room service for any towels/rags or soap. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were so soft that it made your head sink into it. I love this hotel and i will definitely be going back possibly for my wedding.

We had a nice stay. The location was great. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean. My two complaints would be the hot water in the shower was luke warm and in the middle of the shower the water completely shut off. Frustrating.
