Footsteps to the sands of Manly Cove, Wharf interchange and Central Manly is only part of the attraction of this mid floor apartment. The position at the front of the block affords views toward the Manly Cove and Wharf.

The Space:
The apartment boasts a versatile floorplan with two double bedrooms containing luxurious beds, one being a queen and the other king size, the main having a full wall of built-in robes and the second has the option of opening into the lounge area to provide extra living space.

The eat-in kitchen with modern dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, washing machine/dryer and gas appliances has ample space. The location is a level walk to parks, open spaces and Manly's cafe culture only enhance its appeal.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The storage room will be locked with the owners personal items.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Vibrant neighbourhood with short walking access to cafes, all of Manly's beaches including Manly Cove which is only footsteps away, minutes walk to Sydney ferries.

Getting Around:
The apartment is situated a few meters from major bus stops and ferries.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
