The hotel is set-back from the street and the sign out front was un-lit so it was hard to find in the dark. The room was damp and musty like it had not been used for awhile. It took about 3 hours for the heat to remove the dampness from the room. The sheets on bed felt damp. The room appeared to be maintained by an untalented do-it-yourselfer. Tiles were cracked on bathroom floor, handle on shower was broken, heating unit woke me up every time it clicked "on." Mattress was hard. Quilts/bedspread looked many years old. Sheets were not fitted so when I sat on side of bed the sheets came untucked and old mattress was exposed. No phone in room. A 2 rating out of 5 is accurate.

The carpeted stairs to go up to the room, door directly to the right of the office, were beyond dirty. In the room there were brown stains on the handle of the hair dryer, and around the light switches, the shower was unusually small (couldn't soap up and not be under the shower), the rooms smelled like a locker room, and the carpet was dirty. Dust on all wall frames. The layout was what attracted us as it had 3 queens (1 in separate room). But it was a disappointing stay due to lack of care to cleaning.

Check in was fast. Service was very “cold.” The room was clean & adequate for sleeping which was all we needed it for. Tv has maybe 10 channels that are mostly static. Not sure if it was other guests or the family living on-site, but there was very loud music & arguments from 10pm until around 3:30am. Not a good stay at all for the $140 we spent on the room! Do Not Recommend!

We arrived at the property at 4:15. The office was locked with no staff in sight. We called a number on the office sign to inquire. We were told someone should have been there & that someone would be there in 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes passed before a woman came to check us in. The heat in our room didn’t work; only the bathroom had working heat! It was 20* at night! The cops busted in across the hall while I was putting my children to sleep. Cops again knocked on our door at 1:00 in the morning! As we were leaving, we had to avoid blood in the hallway & doors! Worst experience ever!!! And there wasn’t any staff to be seen as we left either!!
