Loved the sound of the river on the back which can be heard out on the back ground floor deck. The only improvement I believe would be beneficial to your guests would be to have something installed to prevent tenants on the bottom floor from getting drenched.

Rooms were clean, staff very friendly, good food in the restaurant. Location being attached to the mall wasn't great, no nice views, didn't find location convenient for walking.
