Home is located in a development off of West College Avenue , it features 4 bedrooms , 2 full baths an open floor plan , plenty of seating , a rear deck, seating and grille. Recent updates all new appliances and newly painted . Use of an attached 2 car garage. Has a nice back yard and across the street is a neighborhood park and walking paths. The neighborhood is newer , quiet and very convenient , walking distance to restaurants and about 5 minutes away from all State College attractions, home is located in State College. Check it out

Quiet home minutes from campus
A group of alumni stayed here with our kids of various ages. It was located in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes drive from the hustle of College Ave. we would definitely recommend this home!

Nice property
Overall a nice property and a nice neighborhood, but some updates need to be addressed. The kitchen sink garbage disposal doesn't work, it leaks (a bucket in the cabinet underneath was nearly full when we arrived - we weren't informed of it but discovered it and emptied it before it overflowed) and it wasn't working when we rented the proerty 2 years ago, same with the sink wand - the handle is broken so it's not usable and it was the same before. The temperature control in the master bath shower is so touchy that it goes from lukewarm to scalding in the slightest movement. Othewise we like the house, but some details need to be addressed.
