Great beach location! Definitely book again!
Overall we had a great stay. Great location, just steps to the beach without a lot of hassle. We went several times a day, which when you’re hauling beach gear can be exhausting. But we were able to set up and see it from the porch so we could leave it all day.
When we first arrived everything was nice and appeared clean. There was an issue with cleanliness but the PM was very responsive and offered to have someone come clean again. We also had a/c issues, but again, they were very responsive and sent their repairman out and got it fixed very quickly.
My only true complaints are that the beds are not very comfortable, the water pressure in the master bathroom is very low, and my family appear to be covered in some kind of bites. There are a LOT of little bugs outside on the porch and around the furniture. The beach gear that was left for guests to use was partially broken. The umbrella was broken so we rented a cabana from the listing on the fridge. Very reasonable! And the floats were deflated/had holes or missing parts. But there are a couple of nets, buckets and shovels for the kids.
The neighborhood is very quiet. There was construction taking place behind us, but noise was not an issue. We did have issues with parking from all of the construction vehicles and weren’t able to enter/exit the property easily. The other house at the entrance was also under construction and we had an incident with one of their crew videoing my son playing outside through the window.
