Given the wrong room at first then given keys that would not open my but opened the door of a different room across the hall.3 trips up down the stairs to get the right keys. I needed a nap. Otherwise everything was good
Hotel was better on this stay. It was less of a musty smell. Overall cleaner and they were shampooing carpets.
Pool and hot tub were better temperatures this year.
It’s a great place. The only thing I don’t care for is the wouldn’t accept cash? I don’t understand why anyone in America would say they won’t accept cash payments. Anyway I’m sure there’s a good reason. This property is maintained beautifully. Hats off to the housekeepers & maintenance staff. You guys deserve to be acknowledged
