Overnight stay while traveling
Room was clean and comfortable. Shower head was dirty and towels were super thin and didn’t really dry. Front desk was friendly and answered questions, but the people in line behind us were given the same room and walked in. Great view from the window. Breakfast was average. Not much around for food or entertainment

Great little hotel near Glacier National Park
Wonderful hotel, well appointed, beautiful architecture, friendly, helpful staff. The only downside was getting to the parking lot. Not clear on how to get there and rough entrance. Breakfast was good, very good coffee!

Paid the premium for the hotel with a hot tub. At check in was notified that the hot tub was broken. There should be a partial refund when the Hotel can’t deliver what was advertised. I understand that things break and otherwise the hotel and staff were great. But after 10hrs driving, my back was looking forward to that hot tub!

Wonderful stay.
Excellent stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great & fresh. Our room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend- just a 90min drive to East Glacier in the morning for gorgeous hiking.

The amazing front desk woman~UGH forgot to write her name down….She was so kindful. Accommodating with knowledge of the area. Everything but 2 restaurants were closed. She had menus for us. She even assisted w printing out an email for me. Even had a puppy treat bag ready for our dog! ✨✨✨✨✨. Super comfy beds. Only issue was the shower. Bout pulled it off the wall trying to change from tub mode to shower mode. Weak pressure. And the fixtures are in need of repair. Drove from Florida, and we were headed to the Canadian border in the AM, and the rest we got was priceless!!!

I booked this hotel because we had 2 little dogs with us. They were very nice and accommodating we had a Rom on the main floor with easy access to the back door where there was a walking area for the dogs and also doggy bags. When we checked in we got a little surprise bag for our dogs. Breakfast had a lot of different choices and we enjoyed it. Thanks again

This was our favorite lodging while traveling from Alabama to Kodiak. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing breakfast. The breakfast staff are also so sweet. We traveled with our 2 daughter (one is a toddler) and our 2 dogs and this was a perfect spot for us. We had booked a room in Cut Bank and couldn’t even stand to sleep there so we booked literally minutes before showing up at Best Western and they had us a wonderful room on the third floor. No complaints.

Check in was quick and easy however, we only stayed one night due to the hot tub not working and not wanting to hang around a hotel with nothing to do. Check out we were ignored and the woman wasn’t very friendly.

It was very comfortable for a family with a baby. The staff was great and there were pool noodles for our little one to play with. Breakfast had lots of good options both hot and cold. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
